This is a new engine. They have only had for two years. It is difficult to judge whether it's a ability or time problem yet. I've only coded for smaller projects and the biggest problem I have seen has been moment restraints.Yeah it needs to be Ability, no offense but MT 2K20 just doesn't have the very best programmers. With the amount of glitches and bugs such as settings spinning or playbooks or not saving. It points into shitty developers. Not to mention the latency, But since they are probably the paid developers in the business including the bonuses that they get from micro transactions they likely won't stop.
I'm talking skill of the motor. Visual Theories programmers are good. They simply don't have the time they are among those smaller studios for sport games and which developers do. Latency has literally nothing to do together, whenever you aren't supported 18, simple glitches occur and they don't get bonuses from Microtransactions. That is not entertainment works. They probably get bonuses for sales and reviews, but microtransactions is a publisher thing. I have never worked with a project and just work on things once I know I am gont possess time bc but I know it's not their skill that holds it backagain.
