For instance: Let us say you take 200 gamers. 100 of these gamers are selected to achieve level 3 fire cape. Now let's assume all 200 individuals have the motivation and persistence to push through the RS gold challenges. I'd wager there would be 50 level 3 flame capes in the group, before the 2nd team even handles to Woox Infero, IF they even can complete it.

The argument could be made that if lots of people wanted to take weeks of breaking the inferno down that the prayer flicking procedure would readily be achievable. The main difference between the two is that there is a blueprint for the lvl 3 prediction because noone has yet although whereas there isn't a blueprint for inferno not because you cant be created.
